  • Customers stay within YOUR website when they use the reservation calendar. Here are a few reasons why this is important:
    • The customer can spend additional time at your website browsing what you have to offer.
    • Many people are reluctant to use a 3rd party website for safety and reliability reasons. Some may book, but some may bail.
    • We all like to cut out the middle man. The diner will eventually just go directly to the 3rd party website to make a reservation and bypass your site altogether. Did you have special offers on your homepage? If so, they didn’t see them.
    • Every conversation with the diner is conducted by you…with just a little bit of help from us! This includes the original reservation experience within your website, all confirmation texts, as well as any post-meal messages. That’s branding at its finest!
  • Available Seating is one flat rate. Always. We don’t charge the restaurant owner ANYTHING additional per reservation made online.
    • Other reservation systems charge you $0.50 per reservation if the diner originated at your website. If the diner goes directly to the 3rd party website, that reservation will cost you an additional $1 per reservation. That means less traffic to your website, additional service fees and unpredictable monthly costs.
    • With Available Seating, you can update your diners’ status in real time throughout the course of the evening. Other reservation systems charge an additional monthly fee for this service. With us, it’s included.
  • Available Seating is easily integrated into your current restaurant setup with a simple download of your current customer data.
